Your job as a manager is to carry a watering can in one hand and fertilizer in the other. Pour it over the seeds and watch the seeds grow. Now, you’re gonna get some weeds. So you gotta cut the damn things out to improve the garden.

I dig in, roll up my cuffs, get my fingers burnt, fall to ashes, then I stand up, roll up my cuffs, dig in a little further till I find a spark, I nurture it, I follow it relentlessly until it lights a fire. I follow the fire, with it I tear down walls, I question, doubt and prove myself wrong, I feel the burn again but I am fearless, for by now I know – I am nothing but its aftermath.
